Most people think that Paleo is just eating tons of red meat! But it’s really not true. It’s really increasing your veggies and berries but including a portion of protein with each meal and eating a variety of meats.
The second video apposing Paleo is very skewed point of view and seems narrow minded and not fully educated on the diet, but make up your own opinion!
